I am a university degree-qualified clinical nutritionist based on the beautiful Sapphire Coast, supporting clients in Merimbula, Pambula, Bega and surrounding areas.

My interest in nutrition and natural medicine is deeply personal. I’ve experienced my own health challenges, including ongoing gut issues, hormonal concerns, intense anxiety and fatigue. This led me to look beyond simply managing symptoms and understand what was really going on in my body.

My parents also played a big part in my interest in natural health. From a young age, I was exposed to natural medicines and different ways of supporting the body, which sparked a curiosity that stayed with me.

I completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science before going on to complete a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, where I found my real passion. My own experiences are a big part of why I care so much about my clients. I know how frustrating it can be when you don’t feel well and don’t know why, and I want my clients to feel listened to, supported and genuinely cared for.

I believe nutrition should be practical, realistic and tailored to the person in front of me. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, and what works for one person may not be right for another. My goal is to provide personalised, evidence-informed guidance while helping you better understand your body and feel more confident in managing your health.
